JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk (SSIA) booked operating revenues of Rp918 billion in first quarter of this year, declined 17% from Rp1.1 trillion in the same period of last year.
Revenue from property dropped 75.8% to Rp79 billion from previous Rp327.2 billion. While revenue from construction and hotels grew by 4.2% and 26.6% to Rp687.7 billion and Rp151.3 billion respectively.
Net profit dropped 93.8% to Rp12 billion from Rp200.3 billion in first quarter of last year and net profit margin fell to 1.4% from previous 18.1%.
Its assets totaled Rp5.85 trillion while liability amounted Rp3.21 trillion. The company has cash and cash equivalent of Rp1.7 trillion.
SSIA will pay dividend of Rp140.09 billion, or Rp30 per share, for 2013 fiscal year, scheduled for June 26, 2014.
