JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk (SSIA) booked net profit of Rp382 billion in first half of this year, increased 2.7% from Rp372 billion in the same period of last year.
Operating income jumped 33% to Rp2.35 trillion from previous Rp1.77 trillion. Income from construction segment increased 52.4% to Rp1.44 trillion from earlier Rp947 billion.
Its assets totaled Rp5.54 trillion while liability amounted Rp3.25 trillion. The company has cash and cash equivalent of Rp1.79 trillion. Its equity reached Rp2.04 trillion.
