JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Industrial estate developer PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk (SSIA) plans to build 40 units of 3-star hotels within next 5 years, Investor Daily reported this morning.
The company will early next year sign US$100 million loan agreement, used to fund office tower project.
SSIA earlier said its hospitality business units grow steadily, while Construction and Property business units, namely the industrial estate, are rapidly growing.
In hospitality segment, SSIA has 3 subsidiaries; PT Suryalaya Anindita International, PT Ungasan Semesta Resort, and PT Surya Internusa Hotel.
In construction segment, it controls 67.2% stake in PT Nusa Raya Cipta Tbk and holds 45.62% stake in PT Baskhara Utama Sedaya which owns 20.5% ownership in PT Lintas Marga Sedaya, concession holder of Cikampek-Palimanan Toll Road.
While in property segment, SSIA also has 3 subsidiaries; PT Suryacipta Swadaya, PT TCP Internusa, and PT Sitiagung Makmur.
