JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk (SSIA) supports PT Lintas Marga Sedaya (LMS), a joint venture (IV) company, through acquiring 43.32% shares of PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk (META) from Rajawali group and Eagle Infrastructure, Investor Daily reported this morning.

Currently LMS holds concession rights for Cikopo-Palimanan (Cipali) with 116.75 km length. Cipali project costs Rp12.56 trillion.

While META, through its subsidiary PT Margautama Nusantara, now manages 4 toll road sections; Bintaro-Serpong, Jakarta Lingkar Baratsatu, Jalan Tol Seksi Empat (JTSE), and Bosowa Marga Nusantara in Makassar.

SSIA booked net profit of Rp255 billion in the first half of 2015, grew by 34% from Rp190 billion in the corresponding period of 2014.
