JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (SMRA) booked net profit of Rp1.09 trillion in 2013, grew by 38% from Rp792.08 billion in 2012. EPS was Rp76.40.
Revenue increased 18% to Rp4.09 trillion from previous Rp3.46 trillion. Cost sales and direct costs increased 3.8% to Rp1.94 trillion.
Its assets rose 25.6% to Rp13.66 trillion and liability grew by 27.5% to Rp9 trillion. It has cash and cash equivalent of Rp2.54 trillion.
Meanwhile property developer PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk (APLN) recorded net profit of Rp930.24 billion in 2013, grew by 10.6% from Rp841.29 billion in 2012. EPS was Rp41.53.
Revenue increased 4.5% to Rp4.9 trillion from previous Rp4.69 trillion. Cost sales and direct costs declined 2.2% to Rp2.55 trillion.
Its assets grew by 29.5% to Rp19.68 trillion and liability rose 41% to Rp12.47 trillion. It has cash and cash equivalent of Rp3.18 trillion.
