JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (SMRA) and its units have secured loan facility commitment of Rp2.21 trillion from Bank Central Asia (BCA) and Bank Mandiri.

BCA will provide loan of Rp1.6 trillion while Bank Mandiri to provide Rp600 billion loan.

SMRA booked net profit of Rp1.09 trillion in 2013, grew by 38% from Rp792.08 billion in 2012. EPS was Rp76.40.

Revenue increased 18% to Rp4.09 trillion from previous Rp3.46 trillion. Cost sales and direct costs increased 3.8% to Rp1.94 trillion.

Its assets rose 25.6% to Rp13.66 trillion and liability grew by 27.5% to Rp9 trillion. It has cash and cash equivalent of Rp2.54 trillion.
