JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (SMRA) booked net profit of Rp874.99 billion, jumped 92% from Rp456.63 billion in the same period of last year.
Revenues grew by 38% to Rp3.04 trillion from previous Rp2.19 trillion.
Cost of goods sold and direct cost also increased to Rp1.41 trillion. Operating profit reached Rp1.04 trillion.
Its assets totaled Rp13.03 trillion while liability amounted Rp8.66 trillion. The company has cash and cash equivalent of Rp2.43 trillion.
