JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (SMRA) booked net profit of Rp608.99 billion in first half of this year, jumped 78% from Rp342.41 billion in same period of last year.
Net sales increased to Rp1.92 trillion from previous Rp1.53 trillion while cost of goods sold and direct cost reached Rp817.48 billion. Operating profit was Rp710.98 billion, compared to Rp458.27 billion in first half of 2012.
Its assets totaled Rp12.75 trillion while liability amounted Rp8.64 trillion. The company has cash and cash equivalent of Rp2.72 trillion.
