JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Retailer PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (AMRT) plans to issue bonds worth Rp1 trillion, part of its bond issue program of Rp2 trillion, used to pay debt to Bank Central Asia (35%), pay debt to Bank Mandiri (35%), to support working capital (30%).
The bond will have tenor of 3 years. The book building is scheduled for May 19, 2014 to June 5, 2014. The offering is set for June 23-24, 2014.
Acting as underwriters are BCA Sekuritas, HSBC Securities Indonesia, and Indo Premier Securities. AMRT allocates capital expenditure (capex) of Rp800 billion for this year. It plans to add 1000 outlets.
AMRT booked net profit of Rp11.23 billion in first quarter of this year on net sales of Rp9.14 trillion. AMRT’s assets total Rp11.18 trillion while liability amounted Rp8.56 trillion. It has cash and cash equivalent of Rp743.37 billion.
