JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Sorini Agro Asia Corporindo Tbk (SOBI), member of Cargill Group, plans to build new factory, producing sweetener, next year with investment cost of Rp600 billion.

The new plant will have capacity of 100,000 tons per year, located in Cikande (West Java), and is targeted to operate in September 2015.

Currently, SOBI operates 5 plants in Java and Sumatera islands. SOBI booked revenue of Rp589.37 billion and net profit of Rp41.82 billion in June-August 2014 period.

The company targets 15% revenue growth for next 3 years along with its investment of US$200 million for next 5 years.
