JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Solusi Tunas Pratama Tbk (SUPR), telecommunication tower provider, reported 53% growth in net profit to Rp144.12 billion in first nine months of this year, from Rp94.07 billion in the same period of last year. Earning per share (EPS) was Rp185.17.

Revenues jumped 71% to Rp600.34 billion compared to previous Rp351.2 billion. Revenues from lease of BTS towers to PT Bakrie Telecom TBk totaled Rp123.17 billion and PT XL Axiata Tbk Rp122.96 billion.

Salaries and allowances jumped 110% to Rp40.19 billion while interest expense on long-term loan rose 35% to Rp132.09 billion.

Its assets totaled Rp6.1 trillion while liability amounted Rp3.96 trillion. The company has cash and cash equivalent of Rp764.26 billion. SUPR shares was traded at Rp8150 Thursday (Oct 31), which might reflect PE multiple 33.04 on annualized EPS.

Meanwhile, tower provider PT Inti Bangun Sejahtera Tbk (IBST) reported 62% drop in net profit to Rp195.75 billion in first nine months of this year, compared to Rp515.78 billion profit in the same period of last year. EPS was Rp186.

Revenues marginally rose to Rp333.93 billion from previous Rp306.36 billion. But operating expenses jumped 64% to Rp41.78 billion, pushed down operating profit. Salary and allowances jumped 69% to Rp27.76 billion.

Its assets totaled Rp2.23 trillion while liability amounted Rp727.9 billion. IBST shares was traded at Rp6200 Thursday (Oct 31), which might reflect PE multiple 25 on annualized EPS.
