JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Shares of property developer PT Sitara Propertindo Tbk (TARA) gained 50% to Rp150 per share on its trading debut this morning.
At this price, TARA has market capitalization of Rp1.59 trillion. The company listed 10.01 billion shares at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
It offered 4 billion shares through the initial public offering (IPO), priced at Rp106, to raise proceeds of Rp424 billion.
Meanwhile shares of PT Bank Dinar Tbk (DNAR) jumped 70% to Rp187 on its trading debut this morning. At this price, it has market capitalization of Rp416.54 billion.
The company listed 2.22 billion shares at IDX. It offered 500 million shares via IPO, priced at Rp110, to raise proceeds of Rp55 billion.
