JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Sintesa Group targets its property assets to grow by threefold to US$300 million within next three years, from current US$100 million, Bisnis Indonesia reported this morning.

The Group targets to build 2 hotels (4-star and budget) per year and expand resort area in Minahasa and Kepulauan Seribu.

It also plans to develop 350 hectares of industrial area in Karawang, West Java. Currently Sintesa Group focuses on hospitality business through Peninsula and Griya Sintesa hotels.

Sintesa Group also owned subsidiaries listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange; PT Tira Austenite Tbk (TIYA) and PT Tigaraksa Satria Tbk (TGKA).
