JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Sigmantara Alfindo, controlling shareholders of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (AMRT), had in June 27, 2013 sold 71.72 million AMRT shares, representing 1.9% of its enlarged capital.
Djoko Susanto, president director of Sigmantara Alfindo, said the company sold Alfaria at price of Rp6,000 per share, raising total proceeds of Rp430 billion. As so, Sigmantara now controls 54.02% AMRT shares.
Meanwhile, Solihin, AMRT’s corporate affairs director, said the company plans to invest Rp420 billion on building 3 distribution centers (DC) next year, funded by internal cash.
He added Alfaria allocates capital expenditure (Capex) of Rp1.3 trillion for this year, to fund expansion of outlets and distribution centers.
