JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Siantar Top Tbk (STTP) plans to issue bonds worth Rp500-600 billion for funding its capital expenditure (capex) this year.
The company plans to build new plant for producing biscuit which costs Rp150-200 billion and new plant for producing coffee which costs Rp300 billion.
The company also produces wheat flour. It targets to book revenue of Rp2.2 trillion this year, a 34% rise compared to Rp1.64 trillion estimated for 2013.
STTP booked net profit of Rp86.86 billion in first nine months of 2013 on net sales of Rp1.2 trillion. In the same period of 2012, the company booked net profit of Rp59.52 billion on net sales of Rp916.16 billion.
