JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – All the cigarette packages, distributed in Indonesia, will be required to attach a shocking graphic health warning about the danger of smoking by 24 June, 2014.

This policy, part of the 2012 Tobacco Regulation, aims to discourage people for smoking.

Currently the Indonesian government allows the cigarette company to only attach text warning, but requiring no specific size assigned for the cigarette pack.

However it would change. All cigarettes company should attach the image of oral cancer, smokers with smoke images that make up the skull, throat cancer pictures, pictures of people smoking with children nearby and images blackened lung cancer. (oktofani@yosefardi.biz)
