JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Sentul City Tbk (BKSL) upgrades its marketing sales target to Rp2 trillion by end of this year, compared to initial target Rp1.54 trillion, Bisnis.com reported.

By last month, BKLS booked marketing sales of Rp1.57 trillion, mainly contributed by housing sales and high rise building such as condotel.

The company has spent 50-60% of its capital expenditure for this year. Its land bank totals 13,500 hectares.

BKSL booked net profit of Rp891.59 billion in first half of this year, jumped by fivefold compared to Rp144.5 billion in the same period of last year.

Net revenues increased 27% to Rp536.09 billion from previous Rp422.16 billion. While cost of revenues declined to Rp155.1 billion from Rp213.05 billion in first half of 2012.
