JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Sentul City Tbk (BKLS) plans to set up a joint venture (JV) company with investor from Japan, to develop housing and industry area, Investor Daily reported this morning.

In the JV scheme, Sentul City will only prepare area or land for the project, simlar with the concept of Petramedika hospital project.

BKSL and its new partner will develop project over 100 hectares land area. Its partner will invite some companies from Japan, mainly engaged in biotechnology and farming, to do business in Indonesia.

BKSL allocates its capital expenditure (capex) of Rp600-700 billion for next year, excluding funds for acquisition. This year, the company’s capex totals Rp350 billion.
