JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Sentul City Tbk (BKSL) plans to next month start the superblock construction project located in Sentul with investment cost of Rp3 trillion.
The superblock project consists of shopping mall, 5-star hotel, 4 apartment towers, and offices building.
BKLS has in September 20, 2015 signed a master lease agreement with its partner PT AEON Mall Indonesia, for building AEON Mall Sentul City. BKLS fell 2.56% to Rp76 per share at morning close.
