JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Sentul City Tbk (BKSL) targets to book revenue of Rp1.4 trillion in 2015, compared to Rp700-800 billion estimated for this year.
BKSL also targets to book marketing sales of Rp2 trillion next year, equal to this year’s achievement. As of November 2014, the company’s marketing sales reaced Rp1.45 trillion.
In 2015, BKSL plans to launch 14 new products of landed house and highrise.
Meanwhile property developer PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk (PWON) plans to increase its property prices by 10%, to maintain its profit margin, along with the higher costs for production and transportation.
