JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Sentul City Tbk (BKSL) booked marketing sales of Rp700 billion year to date, representing 60-70% of this year target Rp1 trillion.
The company has revised down its marketing sales this year from initial Rp2 trillion target. The company now expects improving achievement alongwith the investment by Japan’s retailer Aeon Mall in Sentul area.
BKSL allocates capital expenditure (capex) of Rp1.2 trillion to Rp1.4 trillion for 2016. BKSL also allocates Rp100-200 billion for developing AEON Mall this year and allocates Rp700-800 billion for AEON Mall next year.
