JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk (SMSM), manufacture of automotive parts and member of ADR Group, has on June 30, 2015 signed share purchase agreement for acquiring shares of Malaysia-based Bradke Synergies Sdn Bhd from Khoo Boo Siew and Teh Soon Seng.

SMSM is set to buy 16 million shares of Bradke at price of Rp13,750 per share or Rp220 billion in total. Bradke is a holding company for units manufacturing filter products, supplying machines, and would be sole distributor of SMSM in Malaysia and Australia.

Bradke’s subsidiaries are Filton Sdn Bhd, Powerfil Sdn Bhd, Solcrest Pte Ltd (Australia), and indirecly-owned units SS Auto Sdn Bhd, BS Enterprise Sdn Bhd, and SS Auto-Sabah Sdn Bhd.

Bradke booked net profit of RM12.01 million in 2014 on net sales of RM117.49 million. Its assets reached RM113.53 million while liability amounted RM41.51 million.

SMSM is now controlled by PT Adriando Intiperkasa (58.13%) and public investors (41.87%).
