JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Sekar Bumi, Tbk (SKBM), a manufacturer and distributor of frozen food products, allocates capital expenditure (capex) of Rp230 billion for 2014, to fund the completion of construction of three new food processing plants.
That three plants will commence operation next year and boost the company’s production to 35,000 tons per year, from current 10,000 tons.
The company targets to book sales of Rp1 trillion this year, a 57% rise compared to Rp542.7 billion last year. It booked net profit of Rp27.23 billion in first nine months of this year on net sales of Rp849.34 billion. Its assets totaled Rp389.13 billion while liability amounted Rp220 billion.
