JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Sejahteraraya Anugrahjaya Tbk (SRAJ) has signed agreement to acquire 99/9% stake in PT Gatsu Griya Megatama, aiming to develop hospital in Kuta, Bali.
SRAJ had raised Rp1.44 trillion from issuing 5.54 billion new rights (rights issue) recently. While PT Surya Cipta Inti Cemerlang (SCIC), a company controlled by Tahir family (Mayapada Group), had divested 1.28 billion shares of SRAJ, 23% of total issued shares, for Rp334 billion to Swiss Universe Holdings, a company based in Cayman Islands.
SRAJ is operator of Mayapada Hospital which posted net loss of Rp14.5 billion in the first half of this year from sales revenues of Rp105.58 billion.
