JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Sat Nusapersada Tbk (PTSN) and PT Teletama Artha Mandiri join forces in expanding smartphone production.
Both parties had in November 4, 2014 signed the cooperation agreement. Sat Nusapersada will produce Verena brand handphone while Teletama is the holder and the buyer.
Teletama is well-known as distributor of Blacberry.
PTSN booked sales of US$91 million in first nine months of 2014, dropped 45% from US$167 million in the same period of 2013. It suffered loss of US$744,140 against profit of US$931,274 in first nine months of 2013.
