JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk (SRTG) targets its revenue to grow by 20-30% to Rp2.8 trillion to Rp3 trillion this year, a flat growth mainly affected by declining trend of coal price (through Adaro Energy).
SRTG, controlled by Edwin Soeryadjaya and Sandiaga Uno, booked revenue of Rp1.16 trillion in first half of this year, compared to Rp1.13 trillion in the same period of last year.
For this year, Saratoga has consolidated earning of PT Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Tbk (MPMX). SRTG now holds 15.4% stake in Adaro Energy, Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk (30.2%), Provident Agro Tbk (43.3%), and MPMX (45.12%).
SRTG will settle its US$11.48 million debt scheduled to mature this year. As of July 2013, its debt, in foreign currencies, totaled US$367.6 million.
