JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Saraswati Griya Lestari Tbk (HOTL) allocates Rp450 billion fund for two 5-star hotel projects in Ubud and Seminyak, Bali, Bisnis Indonesia reported.
That hotels, The Westin and The Saraswati, provide 163 rooms, fully operated in 2015. The company also plans to build 2 new hotels this year.
It targets to book revenue of Rp156 billion this year. HOTL targets to build 15 new hotels in five years starting 2012. The company has operated three hotels; Saraswati Borobudur, Best Western Kuta Beach, and Anantara Uluwatu.
