JAKARTA (Indonesia Today) – Selling shareholders of PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR) have raised Rp3.28 trillion (US$342.5million) from the placement of 164.2million shares at a fixed price of Rp20,000 each, IFRAsia.com reported.
Investor Daily reported Djarum Group, through its unit PT Tricipta Mandhala Gumilang and PT Caturguwiratna Sumapala, had sold 16.1% TOWR shares.
Based on data from the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX), Credit Suisse Securities Indonesia had crossed 164.2 million TOWR shares in negotiate market on Monday (Sept 10).
Djarum Group had in December 2010 sold 38.9% TOWR shares, at price of Rp12,000 per share, or Rp4.76 trillion in total. Currently the Group only holds 34% TOWR shares.
TOWR was traded at Rp22,800 per share this morning. At this price, it has market capitalization of Rp1.92 trillion. (hans@theindonesiatoday.com)
