JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – State owned PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (SMI) plans to issue bonds worth Rp1 trillion this month, to fund its infrastructure projects.

The bond will be issued in 2 series with tenor of 3 and 5 years. The book building or pre offering is scheduled for May 7-20, 2014 while the offering is set for June 5-6, 2014.

Acting as underwriters are PT CIMB Securities Indonesia, PT Danareksa Sekuritas, PT Indo Premier Securities, and PT Mandiri Sekuritas.

By end of last year, the company’s liability amounted Rp2.54 trillion. It booked net profit of Rp207.19 billion in 2013, jumped 94.43% from Rp106.56 billion in 2012. Revenue rose 87.63% to Rp424 billion from previous Rp226.04 billion.
