JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Sahid Group plans to work on four property projects valuing of Rp1 trillion in the second half of this year. The projects consist of premium apartment, resorts and hotels.
Hariyadi B Sukamdani, president director of PT Hotel Sahid Jaya International Tbk (SHID) said the company will build Sahid Beach Resort in Bintan island, Riau including four 4-star hotels.
Other projects are hotel and condominium (kondotel) in Surabaya, East Java, kondotel in Semarang, Central Java, and apartment in Ciracas, East Jakarta.
SHID targets revenue to grow by 49% to Rp267.68 billion this year.
