JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Rini Soemarno, former CEO of Astra International, has been appointed minister of state-owned enterprises (SOEs).
Rini, former minister of trade and industry affairs under Megawati administration, was head of Transition Team for Jokowi-Kalla.
Other name previously tipped for the job include Sofyan Basir, CEO of state-owned Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BBRI).
