JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Securities firm PT Reliance Securities Tbk (RELI) is set to pay loan of Rp150 billion to PT Bank Central Asia (BCA) Tbk (BBCA) by mid September, this year.

The loan facility, called as intra-day loan facility, was used to purchase the government’s bonds and to buy shares.

The loan payment has been extended to September 14, 2014 from January 31, 2013.

The company also noted its lease agreement for the building owned by PT Suryatama Tigamitra located at Jl. Pluit Putra Kencana, Jakarta, will expire in December 28, 2014.

While the lease agreement for office at Plaza Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta will expire in November 24, 2014. And the lease agreement for office at Batavia tower at Jl. KH Mas Mansyur Jakarta, also owned by Suryatama Tigamitra, will expire in January 31, 2015.

Currently, RELI has cash and cash equivalent of Rp59.46 billion. Its assets totaled Rp702.45 billion while liability amounted Rp375.57 billion.

The company booked profit of Rp5.55 billion in first half of 2014 on revenues of Rp26.18 billion.
