JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Ratu Prabu Energy Tbk (ARTI) plans to issue medium term notes (MTN) worth Rp300 billion this year, used to fund its residence projects (Ratu Prabu 3) which costs Rp1.9 trillion.
This project will start construction in August or September this year. The company also mulls to seek bank loan, to launch rights issue, and boost its pre-sales.
ARTI plans to launch rights issue, for the second time, this year, targeting proceeds of Rp730 billion, used to fund land acquisition and purchasing 2 new rigs.
ARTI booked net profit of Rp16.68 billion in first quarter of this year on revenues of Rp85.3 billion. The company’s assets totaled Rp1.6 trillion while liability amounted Rp676.96 billion.
