JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Retailer PT Ramayana Lestari Tbk (RALS) recorded sales of Rp1.53 trillion in first quarter of this year, grew by 7.5% compared to the corresponding period of last year, Kontan.co.id reported.

RALS targets sales to reach Rp8.5 trillion. Then, the first quarter’s sales represents 18% of full year target.

The market outside of Java contributed 44.4% of sales, while Jakarta area (plus Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi) and Java island contributed 31.2% and 24.4% each.

RALS allocates capital expenditure (capex) of Rp300 billion for this year, as it plans to open 6 outlets.
