JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Pudjiadi and Sons Tbk has secured Rp77.8 billion investment loan from state bank Mandiri (BMRI).
The loan agreement was signed on December 20, 2013 between Pudjiadi and Mandiri, where Pudjiadi pledged some assets as collateral.
“The facility is needed to develop the company’s hotel business and improve financial performance,” Pudjiadi said Friday.
Pudjiadi operates hotels in Jakarta, Yogyakarta, Cisarua (West Java), Lombok (West Nusa Tenggara), Labuan Bajo (Flores), Anyer (Banten), and Legian (Bali).
