JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – The State Administrative Court (PTUN) has ruled in favor of Aburizal “Ical” Bakrie’s faction against the decision from Minister of Law & Human Rights Yasonna Hamonangan Laoly that legitimized Golkar’s central executive board (DPP) under Agung Laksono’s leadership.
In a verdict trial on Monday (May. 18), panel of judges presided by Teguh Satya Bakti ordered Minister Yasonna to revoke his decision.
Agung Laksono’s faction, meanwhile, stated that they will file an appeal to the Supreme Court (MA) to challenge the verdict from the PTUN.
Minister Yasonna is likely to also file an appeal against PTUN’s verdict.(haryantosuharman@yosefardi.com)
