JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – State construction firm PT PP Tbk (PTPP) booked new contracts of Rp6.7 trillion in the first quarter of this year, surpassing its target of Rp3.2 trillion.
While total order book is Rp35.7 trillion, including carry over contracts of Rp29 trillion from last year.
Its new projects include Mandala City reclamation in Makassar worth Rp2.5 trillion, One Otium Residence Antasari in Jakarta Rp472 billion, Manhattan Greenland Rp351 billion, Apartment Gunawangsa in Surabaya Rp327 billion, and Karawaci CBD Rp312 billion.
Meanwhile state construction firm PT Adhi Karya Tbk (ADHI) now prepares to launch the right issue or new shares offering, targeting to raise Rp2.74 trillion proceeds. The rights issue is scheduled for second half of this year.
