JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – State plantation firm PT Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) V booked net profit of Rp119 billion in the first half of 2014, jumped by more than eightfold compared to Rp12.75 billion in the same period of 2013.
Revenue grew by 29.6% to Rp2.75 trillion from previous Rp2.12 trillion. Net sales of palm jumped 34% to Rp2.6 trillion from earlier Rp1.95 trillion.
Its assets totaled Rp5.58 trillion while liability amounted Rp3.59 trillion. It has cash and cash equivalent of Rp626.3 billion.
