JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – State plantation firm PT Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) IV booked net profit of Rp472.2 billion in the first half of 2014, soared 341% from Rp107.4 billion in the same period of 2013.
Sales grew by 31% to Rp2.97 trillion from previous Rp2.27 trillion. Operating profit jumped 202% to Rp729 billion from earlier Rp241 billion.
Its assets reached Rp10.33 trillion while liability amounted Rp5.35 trillion. The company has cash and cash equivalent of Rp1.44 trillion.
