JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property shares, gainers of the year, opened mostly lower in Jakarta Monday (July 8) with property giant Lippo Karawaci lost as much as 6% in the opening hour.

Perdana Gapuraprima plummets 14%, while Modernland Realty and Pakuwon Jati lost more than 4% each.

Property giant Bumi Serpong Damai, controlled by SInarmas Group, also lost 3% in the opening hour, while Alam Sutera and Bekasi Fajar fell sharply by more than 4% each.

Agung Podomoro Land also down 4.1%, while Ciputra shares lost more than 2% each.

Trading volume was substantial at Alam Sutera, BSDE, Lippo Karawci, Ciputra Development, and Pakuwon Jati.
