JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Investors focused buying in shares of property stocks in morning trade, with the buying was just a technical reason as the sector has been valued too cheap at current prices.
Nirvana Development Tbk (NIRO) surged 7.6% to Rp285 per share with over 15 million shares exchanged hands. The stock however has fallen 11% from its peak in June this year.
Intiland Development (DILD) also jumped 7.8% to Rp345 with over 9.8 million shares exchanged hands. While other gained by maximum 3%.
While Bumi Serpong Damai and Metropolitan Land were in red.
