JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Investors opted to take profit in property stocks this morning, mainly those that gained substantially on Tuesday along with broader market sentiment with almost 4% gain on composite index.
Alam Sutera dropped 6.45% with over 114 million shares exchanged hands. On Tuesday, the stock soared 21.57%. Bumi Serpong Damai and Lippo Karawaci also fell 2.14% and 3.6% each. On Tuesday, both surged 12% and 5.7% respectively.
Pakuwon Jati also declined 1.75% this morning, Agung Podomoro lost 1.79%, and Sentul City shed 2.44%. While Ciputra Development and Ciputra Property advanced 3.26% and 2.6% each. Modernland Realty also gained 4.48% this morning.
