JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono has signed Government Regulation No 01/2014 about ban of mineral ore export effective January 12, 2014.
“The new regulation is in line with the spirit of Law No 04/2009 in adding value to our resources,” said Jero Wacik, energy and mineral resources minister.
Details of the new regulation are regulated in three ministerial decrees, including minister of finance’s new regulation about export tax.
