JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – State construction firm PT Pembangunan Perumahan Tbk (PTPP) is to seek loan of Rp4 trillion next year, to fund its working capital of Rp6-7 trillion.

PTPP targets its revenue to reach more than Rp20 trillion next year, a 28% growth compared to expected Rp15.63 trillion revenue this year.

The company allocates capital expenditure (capex) of Rp2 trillion for next year, a 11% rise compared to this year’s capex of Rp1.8 trillion.

PTPP also allocates Rp1.5 trillion for its new subsidiary, PT PP Energi which fully set up by the second quarter of 2016.
