JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – The National Police’s Criminal Investigation Division (Bareskrim Polri) is scheduled to question Bambang Widjojanto, suspect and non-active commissioner of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), this afternoon (Apr. 23).
Bambang’s lawyer Dadang Trisasongko told the press that questioning session for his client will be held at around 12:00 pm of Jakarta time. Dadang assures that his client will attend the session.
Dadang said that his client hopes that the Thursday’s questioning will be the last questioning session before the Police issues an SP3 letter to stop the investigation into the case.
Bambang has been named as suspect in a case related to the post-election dispute of Kotawaringin Barat regency. He was even detained for two days before being released on Jan. 25, 2015. (haryantosuharman@yosefardi.com)
