JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – The National Police’s Criminal Investigation (Bareskrim Polri) has summoned Denny Indrayana for questioning on Friday (Mar. 6) related to further investigation into graft allegation during his term as Vice Minister of Law & Human Rights.
Spokesperson of the National Police’s headquarters Sr. Comr. Rikwanto confirmed Police’s call to Denny. Rikwanto said that the police has already questioned 12 witnesses in the case, including former Minister of Law & Human Rights Amir Syamsuddin.
Rikwanto explained that Police will question Denny related to graft allegation on the payment gateway system during his term as Law Minister.
As reported earlier, Amir Syamsuddin, who is head of SBY’s Democratic Party Honorary Board, was questioned for two hours on Tuesday (Mar. 3).
Amir Syamsuddin and Denny Indrayana lead the Ministry of Law & Human Rights from 2011 to 2014 under the administration of Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY). (haryantosuharman@yosefardi.com)
