JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – The National Police’s Criminal Investigation Division (Bareksrim POLRI) has questioned the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of state port operator company PT Pelindo II Richard Joost (RJ) Lino for 9 hours in examination session on Wednesday (Nov. 9).
The Police questioned Lino as a witness in corruption allegation of the procurement of 10 mobile cranes worth Rp35 billion in his company.
The Bareskrim has investigated the case since August 2015. In this case, Pelindo II’s technical director Ferialdy Noerlan has been named as suspect.
In the meantime, the House of Representatives (DPR) also established a special committee on investigating corruption allegations in Pelindo II, including the mobile cranes procurement case. (haryantosuharman@yosefardi.com)
