JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – The National Police’s Criminal Investigation Division (Bareskrim Polri) will continue their investigation into the cases implicating Abraham Samad and Bambang Widjojanto, the two non-active commissioners of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK).
Chief of the Bareskrim Polri Comr. Gen. Budi Waseso told the press on Wednesday (Apr. 22) that the Bareskrim has scheduled a questioning session for Bambang Widjojanto tomorrow.
Bambang has been named as suspect in a case related to the post-election dispute of Kotawaringin Barat regency.
Abraham, meanwhile, has been named as suspect by the Bareskrim Polri related to allegation of abuse of power during his term as the Chief of the KPK. He has also been named as suspect by the South Sulawesi Police related to the case of falsifying document. (haryantosuharman@yosefardi.com)
