JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Plaza Indonesia Realty Tbk (PLIN) booked net profit of Rp33.3 billion in 2013, dropped 85.8% from Rp234.7 billion in 2012.
Revenue fell 23.5% to Rp1.3 trillion from previous Rp1.7 trillion, led by sales of office and apartment segment.
The revenue from shopping center space rental reached Rp616 billion (44.2% of total revenue) while hotel services contributed revenue of Rp594 trillion (42.6%).
Its assets totaled Rp4.1 trillion while liability amounted Rp1.9 trillion. The company had canceled the payment of interim dividend amounting Rp150.87 billion.
