JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Pikko Land Development Tbk (RODA) booked net profit of Rp376.81 billion in 2013, jumped by more than fourfold (437%) from Rp70.79 billion in 2012. Earning per share (EPS) was Rp21.17.
Revenue jumped 204% to Rp640.03 billion from previous Rp210.41 billion. Cost of sales also jumped 148% to Rp345.08 billion.
Its assets rose 12.6% to Rp2.75 trillion and liability increased 3.9% to Rp1.03 trillion. It has cash and cash equivalent of Rp654.89 billion.
